Using WinSCP to access your service.

This article describes how to access your web service via WinSCP for uploading and downloading files from your server.

Step 1 - Download and install the free OpenSource program WinSCP from https://winscp.net/.

Step 2 - Obtain your service username and IP address, if you do not know how to do this please see this article.

Step 3 - Run WinSCP and enter your service details and your service password which was emailed to you when your account was created.

Note:  You must change the port from '22' to '2093'.



Step 4
- Click Login.

Step 5 - If this is your first time accessing your server you will need to click 'Yes' on the warning that will be displayed.



Step 6 - If your details were correct you will now be connected.
